Clinic Policies:

1.Cancellation Policy: Please note we require 48 HOURS notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you need to contact us during business operating hours with at least 48 hours notice or you may be charged a fee. Cancellations via Emails or Voicemail outside of our business operating hours will not be accepted as within the 48 hour cancellation period.

2. Online bookings: A Credit Card on file is required to book online. If the practitioner you wish to book with is not available to book online or you don’t have a credit card to keep on file for online booking, please call 604-946-3713 and we will be happy to book your appointment for you.

3. Masks: A mask or face covering is not required however, if you do choose to wear a mask, we ask that you please bring your own mask. This can include scarves, bandanas, medical or non-medical grade masks. If you would prefer your practitioner to wear a mask during your treatment, please let us know and we’ll be happy to comply!

4. If you are sick: If you have tested positive to Covid or have been advised by your health authority to self-isolate, please do not come to your appointment. If you have a mild illness, check with reception as you may still be able to attend your appointment, provided you are wearing a mask.
