Dr. Kristina Cukic’s athletic background and passion for health and wellness inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic.
After completing a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from UBC, she moved to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She graduated from the Doctor of Chiropractic program in 2021 and moved home to Vancouver to begin her chiropractic practice.
Dr. Cukic understands the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle and strives to empower her patients to take an active role in their care. She believes in a patient-centered approach to assessment and individualizes each treatment based on her patients’ needs and goals.
She has a special interest in sports injury prevention and management. Having sustained a number of concussions while playing competitive ice hockey and soccer, Dr. Cukic understands the struggles one can face throughout their recovery. This motivated her to pursue additional training in concussion assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Dr. Cukic is an avid hockey player. When not on the ice with her own team, you can find her coaching young athletes as a member of the Vancouver Female Ice Hockey Association U18 coaching staff.
You can also find her training for her next triathlon, taking a Lagree class, or relaxing at home with a cup of coffee and good book in hand.
