Adam can’t believe you clicked on his face and are now reading this and it also kinda weirds him out a bit.
As you may be able to tell, Adam tries to be funny. “Tries” being the optimal word. He didn’t want to write the same old, timeworn “about me” website profile. No sir, not he. Sure, he could have written a totally run-of-the-mill one that says he was born in Coquitlam where he spent most of his life until doing a weird lateral suburb move to Ladner a few years back. But he just wouldn’t do that to you dear reader.
And yeah, he could have said how he has and continues to work in the broadcast and media industry and say that he’s done shoots for live sports, music, chat shows and many others, doing various jobs like, directing, editing and camera operating. And of course he absolutely could blather on and on about how he is a video editor and has cut ads and promos for tons of desperate companies. But like I said he is above that sort of standard, basic, clichéd drivel.
If, I said IF this were a normal write-up I bet he would have even mentioned that he has done a lot of sketch comedy in the past, and even stand-up a few times. And he certainly would have expounded on the fact that he spends a good amount of time in Ireland with his wife who hails from there. But he wouldn’t do any of that in his writeup because that would be too easy, by-the-book, and so, SO boring.
Instead, he would just rather say, “Burp.”
