The different techniques Sarah utilizes are joint mobilizations, myofascial techniques, stretching (passive / active), Swedish massage, & active movements.
Sarah’s goal is to help patients become more aware of their bodies so they can get back to the activities they enjoy doing. Relevant home care exercises that can be incorporated to patient’s daily regimes will be assigned to help the patients become advocates for their own bodies.
